🔄 Easy Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 2 days of receiving it.

• Product must be unused
• Must be in original packaging
• Tags and seals should be intact

To begin the return, simply email us at contact@shuddhmithas.in. We'll provide a Return Authorization Number and guide you through the process.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 days. You’ll receive an email once the refund is issued.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately with photos. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement right away — no need to return the original.
